we are proactive in promoting your property for let; we offer evening, weekend and bank holiday viewings and hold "open viewings" if required
we are specialists in student lettings management and use a unique "bills inclusive" system to make your property more attractive to students with penalising the landlord
our fees are very reasonable and we give discounts for 3+ property portfolios
